We are set in the heart of Saffron Walden, in one of the town’s historic buildings and offer the ideal co-working space for small businesses; start-ups and home workers. For an all-inclusive price, all services are provided under tailored membership plans to suit your needs. There are no leases; no contracts; no solicitor costs – just simple, rolling membership for as long as you need based on the acceptance of membership ‘Terms and Conditions’. Click here to see T&C.

Looking for a permanent base? We have a number of small private offices – ideal for between 1 and 6 workers. These are available on 4-weekly rolling contracts. With these offices, you are given extended access with your own keys, so you can come and go as you please (within reason).

We also have a large gallery room from which hotdezk are  offered on a co-working basis. You choose your desk, with sit/stand option available,and it is yours until you end your membership. You also get a locker so you can leave personal belongings on site and you don’t need to carry them back and forth.

Historic Setting
Sit/Stand Hotdezk
Our shared, "poseur" desks come with a tall stool that allows you to choose whether to sit or stand while you work.
Executive Hotdezk
Executive desks provide your own workspace. Each desk is 1200mm, with office chair and pedestal.
Private Office
We have a number of private offices for 1 to 6 workers. Each office is lockable and available on 4-weekly rolling membership.

Membership

When you use our facilities, you must become a member and, as such, you accept our membership terms and conditions.
Membership is available on a 4-weekly basis, with 4 weeks notice to quit. Each membership period is strictly payable in advance.
